Masks reduce the likelihood of transmitting/contracting COVID by less than 10%... probably closer to 1%.

Mask-wearing probably contributes more to the spreading of COVID more than that amount due to a false sense of security.

Then there's the depression factor from the sight of of those masks on all those faces.

Well for N95 ones anyway. Doc did say basic cloth though so he'll be by to accentuate this point I'm sure. Besides....nobody wears N95 masks

Doc’s argument was about virus size. The video explains why this belief of his is faulty. He has the strainer concept in his head. His other statement was masks don’t work. Unless he’s recently become obtuse, the video explains why at least N95s work. The virus is attracted to and stick to any cloth material, though not at N95 levels. We can argue that percentage. But it is some percentage above zero. Doc’s already stated the percentage of mask effectiveness is non-zero, so there is no reason not to wear one. Hence forth the secret police should be identifying all anti-maskers and making them disappear, at least until their feet wash up on Kits beach.
