A few years back a large fuel distribution company booked out the Garage for an industry beer league hockey game during a conference. They hired Donnelly to sing the anthem and he asked if he could lace up and play as well. Seemed like a decent shit.

I’m sure Donnelly might a decent shit. I just wasn’t a fan of his work. After the first couple times getting the fans involved the novelty wore off. Sing the fucking song. And the way he has been ending the anthem the last few years it sounded like someone stepping on his tail with all the weird shrieking. As I said hire a dude like the Chicago singer and have him blow the roof off the place.
