Blaming Trudeau for an economic crisis a year before being elected Prime Minister and now blaming Carney for lying about bending the knee to Donald Trump before Donald Trump was elected President...

I will agree that Carney was being cute with the facts...

The shareholders voted for the move to the US sometime around when the announcement was made in October and the Board certified the decision after Carney had resigned and moved into politics....

What gets me about PP and his cronies is that they are so outraged and are on a moral high ground while they themselves are footloose and fancy free with fact....

When you ask google if PP is a liar you get lots of headlines like this one;

All of this aside, we have a chance to elect a former Governor of the Bank of Canada and the Bank of England who was hired to be the chair of the board of a now $1 Trillion dollar company which you likely own shares in if you have any type of Canadian fund along with a history of succesfully navigating countries and companies thru crisis or we can choose to elect a lifer in government whose claim to fame outside politics is that he was once a newspaper carrier.

Not only that but what has he done for the Canadian people in his 21 years in office? Has he drafted a bill which passed?

If Carney becomes leader of the LIberals and if he defeats PP on one hand I hope he gets his rear end kicked out of the leadership position and a competent person is elected in his place while on the other hand I think its good for the country to have an opposition leader like PP rather than Singh and the NDP...

Long term my concern is why aren't a Carney and a Bayliss Conservatives? What has happened to the Party that it puts out the likes of Sheer and PP as its leaders?

I will keep it simple, Carney is a liberal who spend like drunken sailors. If he is voted in then look for higher deficits with no long term plan to get costs under control.

Liberals have fucked the Armed Forces for years and that won’t change. The carbon tax is not revenue neutral, the Canadian government makes money on it and uses it to for general spend. Why farms are taxed for using gas which was highly promoted not so long ago is beyond me. Why I am paying a carbon tax because my gas furnace was original and I’m not replacing it with a high priced heat pump is also beyond me. The carbon tax can get the fuck out of my life.

I am not naive to think PP will come in and make life wonderful for us but the liberals had their chance and it is time for a new look/future for Canada.

But he is running for leadership of the Liberals, and he’s hand in glove with the same group of people that have been making policy that has ruined this country…..he’s been advising them and amongst them all along.

I don't look at it that way, I've always taught my kids to look at the person and not the Party...
