A federal appeals court on Thursday allowed President Donald Trump’s tariffs to remain in effect for now, despite another court’s ruling just one day earlier that said the president overstepped his authority by imposing the tariffs.
The courts have become completely politicized at this point.

I choose to believe that eventually SCOTUS will bring an end to the nonsense.
Meanwhile though, Trump continues to make headway with his agenda...

My mind always adds an extra R in SCOTUS. Scrotus is the acceptable plural of scrotum, and the supreme court is a bag of old ball sacks.

States also have a responsibility to enforce those rights....
