lever-age ... points to ponder

The primary goal of this site is to provide mature, meaningful discussion about the Vancouver Canucks. However, we all need a break some time so this forum is basically for anything off-topic, off the wall, or to just get something off your chest! This forum is named after poster Creeper, who passed away in July of 2011 and was a long time member of the Canucks message board community.

Live shows and venues could almost have its own thread.

Music was such a huge part of my adolescence, and my kids are fully engulfed in every genre I enjoy today

I only managed to see one show there prior to the reno, The Tea Party and Econolone Crush iirc.

Yeah...the whole vibe changed as well...I get it but still much preferred the old school Commodore.

Catching a Ramones show there with the old horsehair cushion was great! Hundreds of people pogoing and giving the floor a workout! It was fun to stop for a minute and just feel what the floor was doing.

I went in there blind to the whole experience.

I was trippin’ balls when people started jumping to the opening song and I felt I was on a trampoline being double-bounced. (Stone sober, might I add)
