And they were hoping that in the agonizing process of destroying Flynn's life he might give them some dirt on Trump, real or not.

From how I understand it, the plea deal was neither ethical nor legal.

I do know the prosecution illegally hid the details of the plea deal from the court.

Then Flynn withdrew the plea deal.

And then the prosecution dropped the case.

Flynn the Democrat 3 star general is going to get off scot free, get his job back and turn the table on his prosecutors/persecutors.
