Fuck that shit, ain’t having no part of Tyrion Lannister don a Canuck Jersey but I suspect you’re right, he will still be there, especially if you consider the two teams in this year’s cup final and who won it last year. Big still dominates, I’m sure the GMs and their scouts know this. Caulfield probably/shouldn’t go as high as some suspect.

We got our share of small guys - Hughes Pettersson.

Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.

I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

The Ducks could very well pick Caufield at #9, the best sniper in the draft.
The Ducks could use a future number one center. We all know this. Sam Steel has shown some early promise, but no one can definitively say that he will ever be able to take over the Ryan Getzlaf role down the line.

At the most basic level, what the Ducks need more than anything else, is someone who can put the puck in the net. A lot. Anaheim ranked 24th in goals for over the last three seasons. That’s not going to cut it if Bob Murray wants to bring a championship back to Orange County.

Cole Caufield is small. Looking at him on the ice, he looks like a kid sitting at the adult table at Christmas dinner. But he has a secret weapon: the ability to score goals almost at will. His stock has been rising lately, but if he is available at 9th overall, the Ducks should absolutely take what is almost certainly the best pure-goal scorer in this year’s draft.

NJD - Kakko
NYR - Hughes
Hawks - Byram
Avs - Turcotte
Kings - Dach
Redwings - Podkolzin
Sabres - Cozens
Oilers - Zegras
Ducks - Caufield
Canucks - Boldy
Philly - Krebs
Wild - Soderstrom

Hawks and/or Avs could shake it up by selecting Boldy 3rd/4th OA.
Can the Canucks just win a Cup within the next 5 years.

Highlights of Caulfield----

Now what is very noticable.
1-his skating isn't really that good.
1A and most important; Nobody touches him. Never have all that time in the NHL

Yeah, hopefully Anaheim would take Caufield because that would mean (hopefully) Benning would have a shot at taking the likes of Boldy. If you look at the lack of shrimp forwards a-la Point, Gaudreau and Marchessault in the SCF one suspects that size and durability still count in the playoffs.
