Yeah. It's not Sopranos good but it's pretty fuckin' good.
You know I think it has the potential to be Soprano's good. Thing about the Soprano's was every now and then they'd hit you with some dark humor. It really added to the show. I think the Pine Barrens episode was the best one made. Damn it was funny! Christopher and Paulie take the Russian to the woods to kill him after a grouchy Paulie starts a fight for no reason by breaking his remote control. After shooting him in the head the Russian gets up and runs away.... Paulie and Christopher chase him but lose him in the woods getting lost themselves in the process. Paulie then thinks he hears Tony say the Russian killed 16 Czechoslovaks and he's an interior decorator, instead of Special Forces.... It's so friggen funny. I laugh no matter how many times I've seen it!
Yeah, that's probably the best episode ever. Definitely the funniest. So many great episodes of that show. Ralphie and Phil were such great villians.
I just wish they hadn't gotten so in-depth with Meadow and AJ. That snotnosed little wimp was a really annoying character and the worst actor on the show. Has he done anything since the Sopranos?

Agree on the funniest episode. The Russian that just wouldn't die reminds me of Boris the Blade from snatch. Kept taking bullets, and kept getting back up.
Agree on the little snotnosed wimp too. They should have killed him off. Would have made for an epic episode and got rid of the weakest link at the same time.

Sure it's a strong ensemble cast but Sheen was the show.
I didn't see part 2, and well, I dunno if I care to. Yeah, a disappointment.
I watched a re run before last night 2nd show, I was laughing out loud at Charlie several time and I didn't laugh out loud once for Ashton. Parts were funny but not enough and as much as before. I'll give it one more show before I drop it.

I don't think the writers could possibly top season 4 with Trinity, but Dexter season 6 started Sunday and promises to go back to his roots and taps in the spiritual side.
First episode wasn't a disappointment.
Boardwalk just gets better with every episode. Mrs. Schroeder is one savvy dame.
