Overpassing on that PP.

With the Twins coaching, I'm shocked we don't see their PP zone entries and little passing plays under pressure. Other than Miller and Hughes, the passing isn't very consistent.

Petey-Lindholm-Höggy is keeping momentum with that last shift. Nice to see another line appear.

I just knew that icing at the end of the period was going to be trouble.

Blooger was ahead of the Coiler D and it should've been waved in my opinion

Fine 1st period, I'm guessing that's the best thecoil can bring.

We're playing cautious, and I'm ok with that for now.

They were this close at the net front though...getting Skinnert107 moving side to side is the goal

Agree. Expecting the Miller/Brock and Garland/Joshua to step up bigly. They didn't do very much in the first.

Just keep it at regular strength because you know they're putting their diving suits on.

Me too. Who was it who iced it?

But prior to that, the puck died too many times off bad passes from guys not named Miller or Hughes.

Don't be too perfect, it's Skinner in net FFS. Even Hrudey is saying they should be peppering him like flies on shit. He had it too easy in the first.

I think it was Blueger.

Hrudey admitted he wants Edmonton to win before the game.

Honest at least.

Likewise. The lead linesman who called it was behind Bluegers on the play. My only thought was that the defender racing back was closer to the puck when blown down.
