Re: AROUND THE LEAGUE - 25-26
I have to admit I'm a bit disappointed in not getting to see an Oompa Loompa line of Rossi between Hoglander and Garland Imagine, for a moment.... if you will, the circus. Imagine them all piling out of a phone booth, or riding that bike with the giant front wheel Yeh. I had similar thoughts. We ...

Depends on the price. Zacha is a serviceable 2nd line centre. If Boston is rebuilCousin Strawberry wrote: ↑Thu Aug 21, 2025 10:46 am McTavish should be the only target IMO

Re: Just Not ready
Air Canada is the gift that keeps on giving. Hadju ordered the flight attendants back, but they are refusing and going to court. If this drags out, I wonder what the Liberals next move will be? Declare a national emergency? When it's over, Air Canada will be looking for another bailout.

Canada still doing pretty well compared to your southern neighbour! Actually, fifth place among some 200 nations means you are doing quite well compared to pretty much everyone. Without seeing their scoring system, I'd say they are fairly far off on freedom of expression, the press and ...

Re: Old World Politics - rising from the ashes
I only see one party boot licking Putin. Seems like Agent Orange is willing to give Putin whatever Putin wants to keep Putin happy, wouldn’t be surprised if he gives him a hummer at the same time, or request a reach around. I see it differently. Trump is making sure every T is crossed, and I dotted ...

Like Green, Tockey focused too much on getting players to do better what they did poorly (or mediocrely) and paid too little attention to benefits that come from getting a player to do great what they currently do well. Bang on. It's been said that we can only improve any skill by 2 points. But ...

. Got a devalued return on Miller when they were forced to make a change while trying to move Pettersson at $11.6 in which nobody clearly was interested in appeasing the ask. Some of the worst management I’ve seen in awhile. Hopefully they can find their way back. I think they can if they lessen t ...

I'd offer him $3x3. That fits our budget (we need a little cap to bring up the farm kids) and doesn't hurt too much if he underperforms. And, if he shines.....we win for 3 years.

Re: AROUND THE LEAGUE - 25-26
Roslovic isn't a centre but he can play there in a pinch. I still think Cole Slllinger may end up here. I also want to see more of Raty and I hope they give him a punchers chance to succeed. I agree on Raty. He's likely a #3C, with the potential to peak as a mid level #2C for a couple of years ...

Their grit is different. Karlsson is more the stinky mitt face rub, cheap stick between the nut sack from behind kind of infuriating player. Joshua is more the, “Why I oughta” and on the rare occasion he backs it up. Something tells me if Karlsson pulled that "cheap stick between the nut sack from b ...
