Decent group so far.

Netminding a concern.

Maybe Hellebuyck can head over.

That’s the second pairing on the Canucks that I figured they’d get to next season. Nice to see them getting experience playing together:

Hughes Hronek
Meaty Willander
DPetey Myers

KK Mancini

That’s a nice group.

Looks like Crosby (what a leader) and Nate Mac are headed to the World's.

Canada's goaltending just got better on a measurable scale.

Fleury heading to the Worlds.

If they win the tournament that means a Triple Gold Club membership for Marc-Andre.

Nice way to cap off an illustrious career.

Denmark vs Switzerland. The battle of whether the arms of a white cross should reach the sides of a red flag.

Canada crushed Latvia 7-1, but not because the Latvians weren't trying.
I mean, Canada was clearly the better team, but Fleury was red hot and against a lesser goalie Latvia could easily have had a couple of more goals.

The Finns aren't looking good. They narrowly beat Austria 2-1 after the Austrians had a goal disallowed, and then they let France get a 3-1 lead before tying the game in regulation, scoring two goals with their goalie pulled, and then winning in overtime. Against France!

So, sure, two wins, but they shouldn't have this much problems against countries like Austria and France.

They play Sweden tonight, but I expect them to bring their A-game this time.
They truly hate losing to us. But from what I've seen so far, I think they will.

The Yanks are struggling a bit. Lost to Switzerland and needed overtime to beat Norway. Fucking Norway!

Canada and Sweden are both undefeated and doing fine so far:

Slovenia vs Canada 0-4
Latvia vs Canada 1-7
Canada vs France 5-0

Sweden vs Slovakia 5-0
Sweden vs Austria 4-2
Finland vs Sweden 1-2
Latvia vs Sweden 0-6
