Summer McIntosh is killing it at the World Champs in Budapest.

New world record in 200m Butterfly knocking 0.3 second off the previous record and then an astounding 3 second faster than the previous record in the 400m medley. Hold also in 400m freestyle.

I think she had 3 4ths in Olympic relays so very close to 5 or 6 at 18.

Ultra Marathon racer from Vernon BC, Shandra Hill

Just finished the ultra marathon in South Africa.

38km swim, 1800km bike, 422km run in 279hrs and 30 minutes.

250km into the run she pulled her adductor muscle.

No word on final placing, but 380km into the final run, she was in 2nd overall, 60km ahead of 2nd place.

Ultra Marathon racer from Vernon BC, Shandra Hill

Shanda Hill just became the first and only woman to complete the South Africa Deca Ultra Triathlon.

Hill will return to Vernon early next week to rest and heal her injured abductor muscle. She has 41 days before her next race, the Brazil Ultra Tri in Rio de Janeiro, which begins May 1.
