I tried watching some of the debate.
My god did Don ever miss every opening he was given.
Question on wikileaks he let Hillary turn it into a campaign by a foreign despot to influence a US election and by using those emails Don is getting support from Putin.
Don should have fired back and stuck to the substance of the emails and highlighted the switch in funding from foreign despots away from the Clinton Foundation and into the Clinton campaign.
Question of open borders and free trade, Hillary has been quoted in private presentations on wanting a hemispheric open border concept. In the debate she said that was in relation to energy.
Don should have then pressed her on Keystone.
Question of budgets and government intervention in the economy, Hillary thinks more is better, just short of announcing a New Deal.
Don ranted incoherently. Why doesn't he assume the Ronny RayGun mantle of small government conservative?
Hillary loses on the Godwin's Law scale when she said Don wants to load illegal immigrants on trains.
....and the out of control lipstick on the teeth and smudging below the lower lip...... War Paint

Well, he keeps saying he's smart, but just like almost everything else he says, it's a lie.

What government intervention could be more intrusive than trade barriers?
Not letting people buy what they want, but forcing them to buy inferior products at a higher price.
North Korea should not be a role model for anyone.

Yup. He's not as smart as he thinks he is.
Topper wrote:Hillary loses on the Godwin's Law scale when she said Don wants to load illegal immigrants on trains.
Yeahno. Knowing Trump, he'll almost certainly be using Trump Airlines or some other Company he owns.
Oh wait, did that company also go belly up?

Just trying to lower the risk that he suddenly leans in and kisses her against her will.

Exactly...as she railed on Don for using imported steel and aluminum instead of the stuff made in the Good Old US of A when building Trump Towers.

I honestly don't know what I would do if I had to vote for either of these two.
I don't trust or believe much of what Hillary says.
Not that I trust Trump any more, and he's dumb as fuck.
That being said, they're politicians and I've yet to see one I would ever trust completely.
Trump could have had Hillary on the ropes several times but prefers to rant and mutter under his breath - wrong, disaster, nasty woman. These may be true, but put together a convincing argument. Come back at her with some prepared material. This doesn't pass on a goddam hockey talk message board let alone a debate for the leader of the free world!
He knows how to play the system and, evidently, a large portion of the people. He's a terrible politician, how the Republicans couldn't find someone better suited to lead is a joke. If they had Hillary wouldn't have a hope in hell.
He kept saying how he'll renegotiate all these terrible trade deals that are hurting the US. The problem is that he won't have the Trump name and financial muscle to push his will upon other countries and organizations. I don't get the sense that he can negotiate at all, it's his way or no way.
And to not publicly state he will accept the results of the outcome is absurd. Even if you truly question the results and request an inquiry you make a mock of the system by stating that you'll decide after the vote whether to accept the results.
I'll just sit here and eat my popcorn now.

Donald refuses help on his presentations.
Thinks he can deal with what ever is said in his own way. THAT'S THE PROBLEM.

The problem is not in the 'presentation'.

Hey, Both seem to get rattled easily. Neither seem well prepared.
It's the panel discussions after that piss me off.
CNN, MSNBC or whoever make sure they have equal representation for each side and I say Bullshit.
Sure, maybe they have 2 for each or 4 for each but how does that matter when;
THEY GET TO CHOOSE THE GUESTS!!
Sorry, but I see that as manipulation; Every time.

Well, basically, a vote for Hillary is a vote for business as usual. It should be much like the Clinton or Obama years.
A vote for Trump is a vote for the end of the world as we know it. He has no respect for the law, the constitution or for anyone except himself. He has threatened to end freedom of press. He has threatened to throw his opponent in jail. He has threatened to disband NATO. He has threatened to repeal all trade agreements currently in place. He claims he will only accept the result of the election if he wins.
He wants to implement more stop and frisk. He wants to discriminate based on religion. He wants to keep registers on people's faith. He wants to reintroduce torture and thinks killing family members of suspected terrorists is a good idea. In short - he's crazy, he's dangerous and he does not believe in democracy or the rule of law.
I get that people are fed up with politicians. I get that people want change.
I get that people are frustrated and dislike the establishment.
But if you think Trump is the answer, you're asking the wrong questions.

There is little to no chance I would vote for Donald Trump, plain and simple.
Hillary may be business as usual but I still don't like her.

She's competent and experienced, but not very exciting.
If the Republicans had entered a reasonably sane candidate, say Paul Ryan or Marco Rubio, they would have had a great shot at winning.
