Yeah Biden's excuse is that his unravelling of the plea agreement and subsequent conviction as being due to the weaponisation of the DOJ. Both parties have this beef and it's just going to increase in frequency as they're both doing it. Not sure what can be done to separate the powers more fully (besides removing the ability to pardon).

I'm guessing Biden just thought 'Fuck it' - trump's planning to pardon all the J6er's, so he may as well pardon his kid. #Shitshow

Add in that trump has announced a new FBI director, despite the they he previously appointed still having 3 years left in his tenure doesn't bode well for the polititicalization of the FBI and other agencies.

Had nothing to do with fault him purchase forms, late tax filing and late payment or smoking crack.

This was to protect the Biden's from things getting out in court from his financial dealing and how much his father and uncle benefited.

It goes back to Joe's days as VP. Who else is being protected? The Obama's?

The pardon goes back to 2014, so covers Hunter's time with Burisma in Ukraine, but not as far back as Obama , is my understanding. Regardless, it's a far larger period of time than needed to cover his current convictions.

Who was President in 2014? Who was VP in 2014?

Hunter's business partners are equivalent to Capone's bookkeeper.

The longer it goes, the closer and stronger ties to Joe get and much of it was during his VP days in Obama's White House.

There is still more to become public. Does Ukraine sing as part of a peace deal?

Battle in the Courts yesterday over squashing the indictments. Should Hunter remain indicted of his crimes he has yet to be convicted of?

Remember all the great praise Joe got for dropping out of the election and the George Washington comparisons? Remember the promise of keeping his legacy? Joe's reputation is the fall guy for much deeper rot within the DNC.

Don't forget the media is in full CYA mode after saying how honorable Joe was for promising not to pardon Hunter and how it contrasted with Trump fighting the charges against him.
