Okay, I googled "stacked charges" and learned more than I wanted to know, and yeah it may be a valid point, though I wouldn't expect the sentence to be 43 x whatever you get for falsifying business records. I guess we'll find out after the election now with the delay in sentencing.

Should I google "rearranging facts" as well? Is that a thing? What did he mean by that?

One question though, is if 100s of top lawyers are already on record saying these things, why is it such news that non-lawyer Biase is now saying them as well. Sure, he's with the DOJ, except that the DOJ was not prosecuting the case, so it's not as if he's revealing some inside information. Everyone likes a secret recording I guess. Is that it?

Anyways turns out he was just trying to get laid. I'm sure you've seen the story.
