If the protests at the DNC in Chicago turn into riots, will the governor wait for days to call or the National Guard and thus allow Mrs Walz a chance to enjoy some of her favorite aromas?

What of the other schmuck making the same amount but his is all in hourly wages or salary, not partially in tips?

Twenty years ago I did a back of the envelope calculation of what a waiter at Bishops was pulling in. Well over $100K a year with a minimum wage salary.

This appeals to the single mom singing hash at Olive Garden.

If you tax wages, you should also tax capital gains (at the same rate), right? If the well-off white collar worker gets tax breaks on their investments, why shouldn't the single mom get a break as well?
