It sure was! The scurry has taken us into the break. The petunias are growing, and we've got the kings in our sights.

The whole team was skating hard tonight.

Weak call in the last 5 mins but it is Toronto so not surprised. This team is coming together and is better today vs. 2 weeks ago.

I thought it was one of Hronek's best games lately. Nice to see him step up with Hughes out.

Toronto was on the phone there for a few seconds after our second goal too for some unknown reason.

Missed the game, glad to read they played well. I might have to miss more if they keep playing like this.

This right here.

Impressive win beating a team that had been playing pretty well lately (including this game if we're being honest).

Chytil is dangerous on offense and based on the short sample since his acquisition, has been solid on the defensive side of things including faceoffs. Did not expect this

First shift of the game Petey tries to throw his reverse hit and gets tossed like a wet noodle.

For the rest of the game he played well. Could have had 3 or 4 points.

Hronek going back door like that for the score was good, Petey's cross seam pass was better.

Puck movement by our defense is so much better with a balanced top-4. Hughes puts it way over the top when he comes back. D-Petey continues to impress.

Our offense sucks. Forward group definitely does not have enough scoring punch. Despite our chances I don't see us even getting half of those looks against a team with a decent blueline and 200 foot gameplan from the forwards.

Demko again making the case to move on from him.
Somewhere in NW BC trying (yet again) to trade a(nother) Swede…..

Hronek's play with Hughes out is encouraging in case Hughes gets hurt in the playoffs. The whole blueline stepped up against TO. MP3 and Myers cover a lot of ice between them. D-Petey has held up against two top-end offences in Colorado and Toronto. Blueline be looking promising out there. :D

Petey looking more and more like his old self, but it's like he's half a degree off. Gotta shoot more.

Team is grinding out the W's, but you still get the sense that they're not in quite the form they should have. Will be interesting to see what they look like if/when both Petey and Chytil drive cohesive lines on offense, while Hughes comes back to control the game from the blueline, and Demko and Lankinen are healthy. Will we see that this season, so management knows what they have here for once this year?
Love the Sport. Love the Team.

Hate the League.

Nice win.
Liking the defence making short passes onto their own teammates sticks instead of the other team’s for a change.
