Leaves blew a 3-1 lead in the 3rd period.

Cats put the Leaves starter on the shelf for a while as well.

Leaves now 10th in the East and Leafers are in full panic mode.

Serious question, who gets canned at year's end?

Shanahan seems untouchable, and Dubas is the perfect scapegoat/patsy. Queefe probably gets to stay.

Does a player get the blame and get moved? Dubas has telegraphed and leaked to the media that he'd move Kapanen, Jonsson, and various crap prospects, but none of the other GM's are taking him up on those C grade players. He lost his best trade chips to solve the cap hell they've created, and still don't have a D. If they finally move on from Anderson, they don't have the picks or cap space to get a better goalie.

Meanwhile, Rogers will lose another fortune on the terrible TV rights deal as people continue to tune out incessant leaves coverage.

What a time to be alive indeed!

Esquire, I don't think the Leaves will fire anyone in management if they miss the playoffs.

And to be honest, all they have to do to get in is to beat the Panthers out of that 3rd spot.

(and the Panthers are as bad as they are)

Mr Andersen has had these same "neck/head" injuries a few times over the years, going way back to his Duck days.
