Like we have a bad team.
This.
Mitigating factors but yeah....they're currently a pretty bad team.
Dysfunctional.

I'm not yet 100% sold Miller is an issue.
JT is not the first NHL player with a pissed off attitude.
I'm more concerned we have a bench full of slugs and pussies.
I can get on board with this.
For the life of me I am baffled that the likes of Jim Rutherford, Patrick Allvin, Rick Tocchet, Daniel Sedin, Henrik Sedin, Yogi Sveikovsky, Castonguay, Ferraro, Gonchar, Foote, Komisarek, Samuelsson, Smyl and Delorme cant figure out what in the fuck is going on. Nip it in the bud already. Enough is enough. I could care less who is at fault. Just fix the fucking thing. This team has been mostly a trainwreck for a decade. Yes there is an idiotic lunatic fringe of the fanbase that act like infants but that's the case with any team in pro sports. The media is a cesspool. So are a lot of other markets. Deal with it.
I wont complain if they continue status quo and try and get both guys onboard, or take a fucking blowtorch to the thing. Im done with the blame game and I'd like to see some real pushback from the better players..

^On board with the Don & Blob train...
Sick of the diversion tactics. I SEE you. I SEE the fucking trainwreck. You can't hide the accident site of dysfunction from the hardcore fans that have followed this sad-sack team for 50+ years.
Look in the mirror, Orcabay. Top to bottom, quit lying to yourselves and putting the full blame and onus on some of the players. Take responsibility and fix the GD thing. People and their family signed here on good faith, some gave you massive discounts and have been loyal to the city and team.
Stop fucking your employees and fans over. Stop passing the buck. Stop feeding the media to run with your spin. Tell the truth and find a solution to your own mess.
Thank the fuck you,
Average Nuck fan.

With a cast like this you'd think fixing the fucking thing should be doable.

Miller committed here because his family loves the area and his wife has a thriving business locally.
(...see the article I posted yesterday...)
.....this could get uglier yet.
It’s something that jumps out at me, as does Pettersson being a fashionable single man who might love a cosmopolitan scene. Not that this has anything to do with hockey value

There are teams out there that would give up a ton for the alien wrapped up through his prime in an expanding cap world.
I agree with this and think Ottawa would be one of them.
Brady kaChuk is a childhood friend of the Hughes kids as well
Does either side add? I could get into this. Rambunctious team.

Mercer and Saliyev for Miller
Saliyev was recently voted 12 overall on the NHL Writers top NHL team affiliated prospect lists.
https://thehockeywriters.com/nhl-top-10 ... s-ranking/
You get your centre in Merced and a top D prospect in Saliyev

I have huge questions about players who get upset with being held accountable.
Why I don't support the whining Scooter if JT is ragging on him.

Chef is keeping Petey and shipping Millsy to Jersey Shore. Chef’s ideal return is centre Mercer and Saliyev, left shot D-man:
Hughes Saliyev
Willander Hronek
But unfortunately we would have to take money back and Saliyev is their prized no. 1 prospect, highly doubt they are willing to off him. Nemec’s bitching is a no go for me, both him and Jiricek are a couple headcases with attitudes that have taken the shine off of them, plus we are trying to get rid of a headache, why take one back?

They better get a RHD back if they trade Miller, or they better change the coach. Tocchet will continue to play Deharnais or Juulsen in the top six because of their size and handedness, and the Canucks will continue to be incapable of holding leads. Tochett could be playing Soucy on the third pair on the right side and call up DePetey, or Kudryavtsev, to replace him on the left, but that won’t happen because Soucy is a lefty.

And just Petey down the middle? lol. C’mon dude. It’s already been made it clear that they’re wanting a centre in return. Oh btw, they have a stud RS D waiting in the wings called Willander and already have Hronek. At centre ice? After Petey and Miller? It’s Death Valley where nothing grows unless you think Aatu “Brendan Gaunce” Raty is the answer, lol.

Would not be surprised if you see a trade like Miller for Hischier, player for player, centre for centre, contract for contract. Contract plays a big part in trading one of these two dingbats (Petey, Miller). In todays NHL, that’s a factor, the only factor. Your not getting a package of cheap excellent young players back, although we all dream of that, myself included. With Hischier you get younger which seems to be the goal of the Canuck brass, if trading Miller and you get a centre in return. The Devils are close, they feel they are close and they may view Miller as that vet leader that’ll get ‘em there.
I’d do it. His term is similar to JT’s as well. 22 goals, 17 assists this year. I’d try to pry Nemec as well, throw in Hoglander.
