Nice to see EP40 on power play and not just parked on the right side. He has to be more dangerous when he's moving around.

Showing a lot more signs of breaking through... but still a long way to dominating games like he used to.

The will seems like it's there. The rest just seems a step behind.

Juulsen, Deharnais (sp) and Aman are all not good.

Raty is just serviceable.

Kevin was due for a loss. He was never going to win the rest of them.

I feel like the score was not indicative of how close the game was.

Night y’all.

Reading the last few pages... I take it didn't go well?

I suppose the streak had to end sometime. Even Don can't keep cranking on his Lever to produce wins, what with 1st line Suter, Vinny, Juuls and dat 4th line(!).

Oh well, on to the next one!

Who's up next to start a new winning streak?

Best game of the year!
Petey is back!

I’ll ignore the score of this first game back after a road trip where the whole team looked exhausted, and Miller lost his defensive focus and unsuccessfully tried to overcompensate for Boeser’s loss.

Edmonton played their best knowing a loss would have made their chances of catching the Canucks quite remote.
Better to lose big if they are going to lose. It will help Tocchet get his defensive message across.
He’ll right the ship pretty quick. Hughes, Lankinnen, and Miller can get a breather during the home stand.

I’ve already forgotten the score.
Great game!
On to the next one :)

Fuck I hate losing to the hapless coilers.

Humiliating.

Those cunts have scouted Ricky's breakouts extensively and were intercepting everything except high flips and off the glass clears. They were even sending a deep shadow in on QH to disrupt him skating it out himself.

The way to disrupt the stinking coilers is the put them on their asses all over the ice and have them running around looking for retribution hits.

There was fatigue for sure but that shouldn't have been that big of a factor. They had 3 days between and it's only November

In Chefs opinion, the “rebuild” under Allvin and Rutherford should have gone on a little further. They don’t have the horses (depth) that a team would achieve through a rebuild, the pipeline is a lame duck.

This incarnation is simply poised to be one of those many Canuck incarnations we’ve seen in the ghost of Canucks past, typically shy of 2-3 more core type players to getterdun. But, they will tease us…this group, excite us with playoff calibre hockey but not a team that will bring home that elusive cup. And so…the song remains the same in Vancouver, it will always remain the same, a rich 50 odd years of not quite good enough hockey to bring it home, but oh these memories of “almost”, forever engraved in our nostalgia and maybe…just maybe that’s what we are about here in this quaint little seaside village of the Pacific Northwest amongst the tall evergreens and rocky fjords, not meant to win, but to only revel in the tease of it all - the dream. If we win, the dream dies.

Keep on dreaming boys, there’s no place like home.

EP40 and JTM arent playing their typical offensive game. It will come. Death and taxes
