Paying 13.35 million for fourth line scrubs (Louie, Brandon and Jay) for the next two to three years kinda handcuffs the team a wee bit in a cap world. And obviously no low market revenue team would touch him with a ten foot pole. Those teams WANT VALUE contracts not a guy throwing up 25 points and collecting 6 million.
