If you read the ”article” from ”the space coast daily” (sic!) it turns out that it is not the judge but the plaintiff that alleges there is a violation of the state’s constitution. The judge is merely willing to hear them present whatever ”evidence” they may think they have and has not issued any verdict whatsoever in the matter.

The video isn’t even the original. Bitchute edited it to make their argument and did a shit job of it. They made it sound like the Democrat observer also agreed. But he wasn’t to corroborate the and it’s all basically hearsay anyway.

As I posted earlier, I was worried about the house representatives appointing electors to the college but I’ve since found out that Michigan and Pennsylvania both have constitutions that don’t allow for such an eventuality after certification.
There is no legal mechanism to reverse the certification and they cannot return an undecided election and abdicate electors to the federal government.

As for the idea of a statistical impossibility, in the number of absentee ballots, perhaps trump and republicans ought to rethink their strategy of discouraging mail in ballots with their supporters next time. Clearly the term is a contradiction.
