As much as a few people around here didn’t care for “the biter”…..he scored some big and timely goals for this team.

One of the best agitators in the league, who could also play 200 feet of hockey.
Somewhere in NW BC trying (yet again) to trade a(nother) Swede…..

British Olympian Sam Atkins came first in the Vancouver Sun Run completing the 10K in a time of 28:09.

He is 32.

Daniel Sedin - 36:06

Hank - 37:10

They're 44.

...and not highly trained Olympic long distance runners clearly.

Chef Boi R Dude took part repping CC and started out at a fast clip but was soon tempted by double espressos with cornetti and bomboloni at a Cafe along the route and was unable to finish.

Chef is out of shape and currently trying to fix that, laying off on the carbs, meaning no pasta for this cat, which is devastating. Stopped eating salami and cheese long ago, since becoming acutely aware that all the old WOPs end up with gout because of their lifelong regular salami and cheese eatings. However, Doyle is still hitting San Remo’s for the Jimmy Special on the regular. He couldn’t run 20 yards without gasping for air.

Kind of like Shizo. He stepped out of the marathon race of the 1912 Stockholm Olympics and into the garden of a house along the way, where he was treated to some fika. He then went back to Japan without finishing the race. Well, until he did - in 1967.

I think he was that way already.

Charla has had a successful post playing career.

Has been a scout (for Dallas initially) and Dorector of Amateur Scouting for both Montreal and then Florida where he works currently.

So it's like a day trip for the guy? Does his handler make sure he gets on the bus and everything?

That's what I heard as well.

Also heard it was ex-Panther Bure who handles him.
