Re: Past Canuck Players
Gomer wasn't railroaded. He was treated too much patience if anything. He was asked by the moderation team many, many times to adjust his posting style. He didn't. He had enough warnings. He's gone, end of story.
Maybe we can get back to past Canuck players now?

He was a pilot, an ex pro player and he shared some quality links for the people.Chef Boi RD wrote: ↑Mon Mar 10, 2025 6:35 am A lifetime ban from the CC seems excessive. If this is a democracy we should put it to vote for lifting Gomer’s ban…or not.

Interesting - he spent 21 teams through 12 leagues (and never made it to the NHL).

He was my favorite Canuck the year he played here, a real character and a cult hero of sorts. He wore this contraption on his head that made Butch Goring's helmet look high tech by comparison.
Being named coach-GM of the legendary Macon Whoopees had to have been a career highlight.

Here's a clip of Jim Nill pounding him in his leaves jersey.

I guess it just "feels" like we have been burdened by losers our entire existence....

Manno reminds me of that other sweathog, Horshack ^
EDIT: Or perhaps a cross of him and Epstein...

Didn't we once have a Canucks History subforum here?
Anyway Bruce Boudreau in a bubble helmet opens the scoring in this one.
My God those shift lengths though

I trust Miller sent that empty net goal puck to RoboSwede

The Rangers have signed the D prospect they recieved from the Canucks in the Miller trade, Jackson Dorrington. He played his AHL first game with Hartford this week.
