Either ban them outright, or not at all. Playing as neutrals is a scam. Like putin a dress on a boy, and calling it a girl. The announcers spend half the game explaining that the neutrals are Russian. They get more coverage and still get the legitimacy. So, its still bullshit. No fence sitting, please.
