That was a great result last night

It’s going to be great seeing Dubas trying to get in return, an asset value, similar to what Nylander wants in money and what Dubas doesn’t want to pay him for. It’s always fun seeing GMs trying to do this no avail.

Nylander will sign with the leaves very soon. And he is worth a lot in a trade.

Toronto bring in ratings. So you are being ignorant about this. Nylander is a huge story.When Turris went this long it was a big story as well and he was in Ottawa.

In all seriousness, this would actually be a decent trade for Toronto at this point in the Nylander saga.

Toffoli is a 25 goal scorer who has a good 200 foot game and has been part of a winning team. He could also transition to the wing easily.

Muzzin is a big body who can add 30+ points from the blueline, and is the type of player the Leaves are missing on defense.

Both can contribute in the playoffs.

They are exactly what Tarana is looking for now.

The reason I'd love it is because when they still don't win this year, they get one last crack at it with those guys and then they have to pay them more! This would be AFTER they have given the bank to Matthews and Marner.

They'd essentially be trading Nylander for a couple of 2 year rentals.
