Ontario pushes back and ties it at 3 with just 4:50 remaining in the third period.

Max Sasson snaps a Hirose rebound behind Copley to put a dagger in Ontario's second-place divisional hopes. 4-3 Abbotsford.

And Bains hits the empty net for insurance. Final score 5-3 as Abby finishes in second place in the Pacific Division.

Playoffs begin Tuesday in Abbotsford.

A lot will depend on Silovs' health. Patera is good, but he hasn't played in five months.

Tolopilo can carry a load, but he'll need relief too.
