I *wonder where Nylander will end up - cap constraints.

Matthews will want around $11M per and Marner won't want to be that far behind either.

I hate John Tavares.

It's weird, I never realized how evil he is until today.

Nylander is staying. If he's ever moved it'll be for a very good young D.

leaves should have one of the deepest C’s in the league. They’ll be entertaining as hell to watch. But if they don’t sort out their D, I’m not sure they’ll be any better come playoff time.

Hate is such a strong word U don't Hate the player Doc, In fact this is PERFECT scenario maybe Vancouver can make a deal with the MAPLE LEAF like U want them to make afterall... Isn't that what U want for the Canucks to make a deal and get a great Player that the MAPLE LEAF will have to part with for a D MAN the likes of Chris Tanev... Coulda sworn u proposed that hmmmmm interesting U would assume that this green lights the MAPLE LEAF to look to move on from a high ticket item

Its a WIN WIN for everybody DOC... U and the MAPLE LEAF 8-) UNLESS u don't want to make that.... nah 8-) HAPPY CANADA DAY 8-)

One of? They are the best. Kadri has scored 30+ the last 2 years and he's the #3 C...

Still no goalie or defence.

At least Tavares can golf in his home province.

leaves had the 3rd best GA in the East last season. Better than Tampa, Are you aware of that?
And Freddy was 4th in Vezina voting.

Yes, if he had 10 times as many votes he could've been 2nd! :wow:

Image

(ludicrous that he received more votes than Fleury, Bobrovsky, Rask, Gibson, and Quick btw)

(Luongo was much better than him as well, but he spent too much time on the shelf to get the votes)

And then, once again, of course, Mr Andersen was utter crap in the playoffs...

That's bad? Why is it not brought up about Tampa?

The leaves are going to be fun to watch and their PP will be death on skates. Fun but the critics have it right about their D. Without that strong blue line the games will turn into shootouts. A lot of fun to watch but not a recipe for the Cup. They are getting there however and if they bring the Cup home I will cheer for them.

I do have to wonder what on earth they are going to do with their salary. Big problems down the road, much like the Coil
