CC Random thread

The primary goal of this site is to provide mature, meaningful discussion about the Vancouver Canucks. However, we all need a break some time so this forum is basically for anything off-topic, off the wall, or to just get something off your chest! This forum is named after poster Creeper, who passed away in July of 2011 and was a long time member of the Canucks message board community.

Incredible!

Dunking a poke like that is why hes the #2 ranked golfer in the world.

Any other avid golfers in here? I hit my local links 2-3 times a week until the snow ruins the party. Baked golf is highly underrated comrades
I just hit golf balls out in my field. Just have to make sure the cows have been moved over to the other pasture. :drink:

Started back up this summer. Not as often. Couldn't play at all for a year after the broken rib. F**k. Golf is frustrating  but fun.
Love the 8 iron. Love the 3 wood. Not too fond of the putter usually.

Do the right thing and retire the poppy today. Do not do a Willie Desjardins and wear it until the new year. It’s disrespectful. I’m going to put mine down at Davisan Park in Poco for two young men that got killed in WW1. I know the family well

One of the greatest songs in the history of mankind.
If you don't love it, listen to it until you do.
Alice Cooper got it, Alice Cooper is awesome.
Good one Doc - seeing the German lyrics, I'd hate to think what might be conjured up if that song was actually sung in that language! :D
That's not German, it's Dutch.
Or possibly Flemish.
Yeah Dutch.

Corn makes a great point though. :D

The couple of guys that got shock rock right were fucking awesome in my books.

But then Strangelove is all about dark humour.

Wasn't he trying to chip it over though?

Wasn't that a total fluke?

Good question. Seeing as hes one of the top golfers in the world, you have to consider he planned that

According to the commentary on Swedish TV he is not the first player to attempt this; apparently quite a few players try to make the ball skip across the water on this particular hole on this particular golf course. But far from all succeed, and even those who do generally do not get a hole in one... But yes, he did it on purpose.

I used to play twice a week. Got down to 14 handicap. Once a week is just not enough to improve.

I can see getting baked being good for the chips and putts. Then again I might end up over thinking lol. I'll try it if I ever take it up again.

Nice. 14 is damn good.

I love golf in alberia. The courses are cheap to play, empty and there is one in every little bumfuck backwater south of coilerton. Back home the courses are crazy busy.
I used to hit that homemade course by Greenwood but i see its all closed down now. Shitty

Had a meeting with a designer in Railtown on Alexander st this week. What. A. Shitshow. The DTES is becoming. One would think, it can’t actually get worst, but it has. I’m a liberal to a certain extent, but enoughs enough. Japantown, Gastown, Railtown, Chinatown, Strathcona is overrun by the homeless now. Clean it the fuck up. The bleeding hearts need to stop justifying it, theres no justifying
