But if you calculate in the aspects of his game that he appears to have limited or next to no control over and the escalating
suspensions, and duration of them I, for one, would surmise in a very short period of time, 30 markers will be impossible and the price
for the player too high.

I must have missed all his suspensions this year.

This year.... lucky the rest of his career... loose canon

He should’ve been suspended 3-4 more times including the hit on d sedin

This year... yah but overall you are WRONG

I always said Marner needed more ice-time and better linemates. He is on a 100 pint pace since he joined Kadri.

I hope his agent brings this up and lands little Bitch a huge contract.

THEN the pint-sized nose-miner can receive that career-ending concussion.

(as per his destiny) :)

More of a Captain type guy too.

You have "ONE" kick at the can, this year.
By next year, it all starts to go back to shitsville again and eventually, Mathews will get a move to the US which is where his heart is.
Have fun!
But is Laine better than Marner?

2017-18:

Matthews: 57GP, 54 PTS, .94 PPG

Marner: 78GP, 69 PTS, .884 PPG

Laine: 77GP, 68 PTS, .883 PPG

Crazy the leaves have M/M/N all 20 and 21. They are in the best situation in the NHL.

*Please insert "leaves will have to trade one this offseason comment here*. When all else fails, claim the leaves have no cap room.

Laine: 77GP, 68 PTS, .883 PPG
Marner: 23 goals, .28 GPG

Laine: 43 goals, .56 GPG

Marner: 6'0" 170 lbs

Laine: 6'5" 206 lbs

Only a Leaves fan would choose Marner over Laine...

No one ever says Leaves will have to trade one of those three.

No one ever says Leaves will have cap problems next year...

And I told you it was just a matter of time until Mr Andersen went into one of his slumps. :mex:

All of our differences of opinion aside Doc, I wish you could predict the Canucks as accurately as you do the Leaves.

In 2018 size means less than ever. It's about speed and skill.
And leave Andersen alone. You've been wrong about him every step of the way. He's a top 10 NHl goalie.
And LOL at lying about never saying the leaves won't have cap problems next year.

Another thing you were wrong about is Morgan Rielly. A true #1 Dman with 50 points and incredibly tough QOC usage. A true #1 Dman.

Brock Boeser:
62 GP, 55 PTS, 0.89 PPG, 17:30 TOI

Mitch Marner:
78 GP, 69 PTS, 0.90 PPG, 16:20 TOI

With a bigger sample size now, Mitch has surpassed BB with less ice-time.

And the great thing is, the leaves have Matthews as well as Nylander besides Marner. Not the best situation in the NHl you say?

Oh, BTW, Travis Dermott is 21 and +17 and becoming a great top 4 D.
Any GM given a choice takes the leaves roster to start than any NHl team.
