So no I don't see the connection between the oppressive police and the government because the Federal government does not employ State or City police.

I'd agree with you that the people that show up to the actual protests to conduct themselves peacefully and are actually there for the cause don't think about the looting when head down to join in.
Imagine what might happen if the founder(s) of BLM were to publicly address everyone and encourage their supporters (the actual protestors) to try and prevent the looting etc.....might actually end up with some solidarity instead of division.

Kind of what happened with the riots in Rosengård that were briefly mentioned here about a week ago.
The same night as the Danish neonazis had kicked a quran around, there was rioting.
The police arrested 14 people, twelve of whom were from out of town. (They had also arrested three or four of the Danes earlier in the day).
Next night "protesters" began to gather, when the local residents all came out in the streets and drove them away. Apparently some local imams had called on all adults to go out and keep an eye on things. The streets were filled with people, but no rioting. Some were chanting slogans and stuff, but no riots, no looting. And that was it.
And I guess it happens in the USA as well at times:

I think all can agree, the death of George Floyd was wrong and those responsible should be punished. Instead, the liberal left jumps in with the Black Lives Matter and villainizes all police for the acts of one.

When the federal government moves in to stop the destruction, liberals cry foul. Demonstrators carrying signs “Hands up don’t shoot,” yet another BLM lie that never happened. Read the court transcripts for yourself. Ferguson, Missouri, was destroyed, based on a lie. Systemic racism, yet another lie. Read about BLM, which is a Marxist hate group, advocating the killing of police, while calling it civil disobedience. Over a dozen officers were killed as a result of this lie.
Trying to erase and reshape history, and with the liberals help, succeeding. They even advocate pulling down statues of Jesus. This is definitely a group to rally behind.
