No condomnation for Flamers here.

Just don't smash our tankard. We're Cup-less and we don't take kindly to outsiders who want to destroy the vessel which holds our tears.

Thank you for your service, BCE. May it be a long and memorable streak. :D
Carl, what kind of a sad sack outfit allows the enemy to just waltz in and commandeer their tank?

What happened to the morale around here? Our esprit de corps?
DEI….
You guys are getting kickbacks, aren't you?

Well mostly.

But it's well established that Khomeini was a diehard Flames fan.....so we have to take that into consideration.

What an upside down season - Flames fans are cheering for Canuck wins and Flames losses while Canuck fans are cheering for Flames wins and Canuck losses. What next? Lever decides to give up all worldly possessions and become a monk??? Or Cuz becoming an anti-pot crusader??

The next step is collectively celebrating the failings of the Edmonton Coilers

Almost like a window starting to close...

As depressing as it's been so far - with the exception of last Saturday's game - the team has been holding up its end of the bargain: being that team that tries hard, stays in the game for a spell, but always comes up short. A feel-good tank instead of a string of blowouts where the team was never in the game, which just feels like a hockey fan version of the Bataan Death March.

Frankly, I'm hoping for the same tonight. Washington was a feel-good, but they can get back to heroically giving up points in the standings now.

Gimme a couple of points from the likes of Ohgren and Buium; maybe a goal from one of the vets; then let the goalies get to hard tanking by the third; and I'll be happy tonight.

Alright, all kidding aside, BCE is about to take us on another ten-game burner.

Let's go :D

I'd be happy with a 5 gamer, a win or two, then another 5 game losing streak.

10 in a row is a lot. Emotionally.

We need to lose as much as possible now to gain an enhanced negative point Delta between us and 31, especially before our centre ice complement is back in full force and game shape.

Just breathe deep and know that every loss gets you 1 game closer to the Olympic tournament where you can cheer your ass off for wins JPP.

The Caps win is enough...

....we have Devils, Pens, Celebrinis, Ducks, Leaves, Utah & Vegas up to the break.

Lose 'em all.

I get it. On the outside, it easy.

But on the inside.

Sometimes its just hard to see the bigger picture when watching the actual game.

...I'm told you can head up to Fish Lake and watch an amazing light show to the tune of wild Wolves howling in the distance.

That should help no?

I, like most people, have issues in life... but this team losing is not one of them.

If we want the team to rise like the Phoenix, we have to come to terms that it is already dead and take every opportunity to add a few more shovels of dirt on its grave.

If what JR is quoted as saying about how important a high pick is, then he must do more on his part.

That road up there is where all the skids are camped out
