Other Sports....non hockey

The primary goal of this site is to provide mature, meaningful discussion about the Vancouver Canucks. However, we all need a break some time so this forum is basically for anything off-topic, off the wall, or to just get something off your chest! This forum is named after poster Creeper, who passed away in July of 2011 and was a long time member of the Canucks message board community.

2020 Romain Grosjean crash at Bahrain FI Gran Prix.

His car went through the barrier, split in two and became a fire ball.

Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.

I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

Rumours have Lewandowksi leaving Barcelona and heading to MLS, potentially with the 'Caps.

Muller AND Lewandowski? Can the dude still score? I don't keep up much with international footy.

I felt like we weren't very efficient in the team finishing department (Brian White exception) even though we generated a lot of chances with our high possession rate. I liked Ali on the left wing, but Sabbi and Jayden Nelson were just so infuriating. All speed, no finish. A couple of Moe Lemays.

With a healthy Gauld maybe taking over left wing, Cabrera playing more minutes and the money from the Nelson trade plus the Ahmed money for another big name, I'm hoping for a better team that can go all the way.

The window is now for this team. Otherwise, it might be a long re-tool coming.

37, not sure what he has left in him but it can bring some more fans to the game. It also may raise the league for player that are on the decline, also sometimes age can beat youth.

Thanks for this Donny.

I may be well enough to go to a couple games this year.

The answer appears to be yes.

Even at 37, the man is a poacher. Split the striker minutes with White… offence should be more lethal provided Gauld and Muller can play together and the winger play improves.

Of course, more defenders depth and less injuries too.

Hope something big like this happens.
