So what's the swirly tent complex across from GM place?

Luxuriousness for the homeless?

Too bad they’re playing short-handed. It’s starting to show. They have moxie, and Pettersson is doing good stuff out there, but New York just has more horses out there.

Agreed. Much better game than I thought they would be capable of.

Garland is a beast.

Sherwood was a great pickup. Hopefully DeBrusk sits near him in the room.

Always sucks to lose to the rags, but a good effort fell short.

Be nice when we have a full roster again.

Good effort
Good game
They really stepped up in JT's & Brocks absence
I thought they were going to get a point there for awhile.
I have my doubts as to whether this group can bring this effort level every night on the upcoming road trip.
Gnarly & Sherwood really stood out for me
We'll burn that bridge when we get to it

It was entertaining for sure, close, fast, some physicality, some good skilled plays. The Canucks played well despite being short Miller (Boeser and Demko), but were beaten by a better team who was also playing well. The Rags will not like how their defense handled pressure, and Shesterkin was just meh. The Canucks will not like how they let Ranger forwards sneak behind them a few times, generating great chances (and at least one of their goals). And I think Ferraro was spot on when complaining that there were several changes the Heinen-Hoglander line had to shoot-for-a-rebound/bounce and tried to make a perfect play. Hoglander was particularly guilty of this. I think I counted three times where he had the puck below the dots with a lane to shoot and players crashing the net and he didn't put it low on goal but tried a low-value pass through bodies or held up for the next man in, by which time the good-kind-of-chaos was sorted and the Rangers recovered. Canucks scored 3 pretty goals, but didn't capitalize on greasy goal opportunities. The guys without the puck were doing their part, but the guys with the puck were not.
