Nah, we'll always have the 4 Nations win to savour until the Olympics. I'm openly cheering for Dallas - almost half the team is Canadian anyway. I was okay with Winnipeg winning the Cup because it's hard to hate on Winnipeg - they have it hard enough as it is being Winnipeg. Otherwise, if it won't be Vancouver, I don't want any other Canadian city getting the prestige of being the first Canadian club to bring it back.

To be fair, Trudeau was our PM at the time, and all things being equal, any sane Canadian would be happy to jump ship when the country they are proud to have been born in went ahead and elected that ass hat for a 3rd term.....the insanity of this nation was signed and sealed when they put many of the same officials back in power last month. That said, I think they'll go hard after Bennett if Florida lets him walk. He screams the type of player fans have been clamouring for since forever. Hell, they may go after both.
