Thank fuck Chytil has dramatically exceeded my expectations. He's looking like the best player in the trade to me (so far)
If the franchise need to move Miller was as urgent as this thread makes it seem, then I think management did a great job of getting value back on a player with an NTC.

But it leaves a big hole at an important position. Do you see any free agents coming up who could fill that hole, and whose expected salary demands are in line with what the Canucks have managed to free up in cap space?
It was urgent. Miller was a poisonous asshole for the team.

That's where the experienced and brilliant Ops team in the Canucks front office swing dicks and deals and sort it out.

Kinda like Vegas and Florida (Seth Jones) GM's do.

I'm not getting paid to figure it, they are.

Shouldn't have moved him then.....
The front office is short on dicks to swing.

Pussies.

I haven’t laughed this hard since watching last nights Oval Office skit on SNL last night.

Miller hasn't had a bad season. He was three points shy of a ppg pace last I looked. Maybe we're better off in the long run getting rid of the aging star but it's a big whammy on our ability to compete right now. For his part Peter is making Loui Eriksson look like Pavel Bure. I don't know how you trade that contract now. What a disaster.

And for all that money, talent, luck, and trade capital?

Why exactly are the Rangers there with us in the standings on the opposite coast, clinging on to dear hope, I wonder...crapping for a playoff spot on JT's back? He could hardly keep us afloat for one year. Surely you must think, they are driving themselves right to a first round exit and should just ive up, roll over and die....right?

Why do the Rangers look the most like the Rangers right before the 2004 lockout? I wonder...Surely...there would be one? Let's think hard on this one, gang.

This fucking ship is sinking, I hear? Or do we need to fucking grow a pair here?

Strange, I hardly seen you round here in a fortnight.

Meg, quit fucking wavering and challenge me to a fight already, you old heart-attack-away-from an early grave fuck.

HW, Call me a fucking retard. I can take it. I kind of am.

Mëds, take your fuckin Mëds. You're beautiful as you are you crazy fuck.

Let's fuckin stop talking about it and nut up already, that's right, I'm Boudreauing y'all. We got this this year. 2025 Let's fucking GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

*heart attack induced*
