If you're not into conversation, it be a good idea to go outside for the day and get some fresh air.
Agree, Corny.

Listen, I'm not saying it's any particular members... but summer traffic is slow and without Blob's voice of reason ( :look: ) it's going to be tumbleweeds.

So instead of just coming by occasionally and then going "WTF, I didn't come to read this @#$%^!", one could actually add to the discussion of the thread topic oneself?

Goddamn UDL and your shit-stained ginch.

Yes - you've added to the derailment, by pointing out the derailment! :D

The post wasn't aimed at you, but just a general "The mods are letting shit go for a while" - it all clears up (as much as it can) in mid-September.

Yeah I know you weren't aiming at me ;)

I only derailed it again to let others know, they are the ones who can put it back on track instead of just gawking at the wreckage

Anyone know how JB's talks with the Hughes clan is going? Bueller?

Is Boeser still a 'young gun' ?

Almost forgot about how wicked that damn wrist shot is. Who has/had a better wrister....Boeser or Naslund.

I think Boeser's shot is much more lethal, dude has beaten some superb goalies already with that shot.

But remember Naslund's wrister top-cheese over Dominik Hasek in the playoffs?

If I recall, it was from near the blue-line... and he did it with a wooden stick.

Almost forgot about the woody he rocked.

Hmmm...what other comparables there.

They both are 40 goal scorers from the wing.

They both look similar

They both came along when the team sucks

What else

Saw on twitter that Boeser popped a Hattie in first game of Da Beauty League today.

Indicates good things regarding his back injury.

Some Hughes love.
I’m somewhat indifferent with Hughes for this season. I would really like to watch him play because he’s going to be very entertaining, but if he goes back to Michigan for the year it’s not a bad thing given the tire fire of a team we are likely to have.

If we have to enjoy Boeser, Pettersson and whichever other kids make the team that’s good enough for me, as we are already stuck with garbage like Gagner, Eriksson and Sutter who are about as exciting as watching paint dry. The more kids the better IMHO so hopefully a few make the team even with the current logjam in place.
