Russia is doing a lot of hybrid warfare in Europe right now.
You may remember that there was sabotage of four major railway lines on the day of the Olympic opening ceremony in France?
Sure, they have not been able to find out who did it, but terrorist organizations, whether Islamistic, left wing or right wing, are usually eager to take credit for their actions. When nobody does, it is most likely part of the Russian attempts to destabilize Western Europe.

This summer a sea floor cable in the Baltic from Finland to Estonia was cut as a Chinese ship leaving Russia passed over them.
Then in November two sea floor cables were cut, one from Finland to Germany, one from Sweden to Lithuania. Once again it happened as a Chinese vessel leaving Russia passed over them. The Swedish and Danish coast guards demanded to inspect the ship, but they anchored in international waters and refused to comply. Eventually a Chinese group arrived to inspect the ship and allowed a few Swedish coast guard members onboard as observers, but without full access to the ship. The ship the left. Now during christmas three more cables between Finland and Estonia were cut. Most of these cables are for internet purposes, but one of the recently cut ones was for electricity. This time it was a ship registered in the Cook Islands, but believed to be part of a Russian ghost fleet of ships registered elsewhere but actually controlled by Russiathrough shell companies. But this ship didn’t manage to escape to international waters and was seized by Finland.
We’ll see what happens. Estonia has also started to patrol the areas where there are cables to prevent more sabotaging.

(At the end they mention Nordstream as well, but by now it seems almost certain that that sabotage was carried out by a Ukrainian group)
There are constant web attacks on government websites. Fortunately very few have been successful. Most of these can be linked to Russia. Officially these are done by hacker groups with no ties to the Russian government, but in a dictatorship like Russia, there os no way this could go on if it wasn’t sanctioned by the Kremlin.
The downing of a passenger plane flying from Baku to Grozny may have been an accident. But you never know.
The Russians have a history of downing passenger planes. May just be sloppy, but it shows their lack of respect for human lives.
The Azeri plane was not allowed to make an emergency landing in Russia but had to head over to Kazakhstan where it crashed.
38 of the 67 people on board perished. There are signs of the plane being hit with shrapnel.

It really seems Russia considers themselves to be at war with us. Maybe it is time we start acknowledging that.

Now every school in the UK is required to teach lessons about Islam.
