Just heard this new national hockey show on Sportsnet 650, when did that start?

First episode I listened to, they did an in-depth interview with Columbus GM Kaakalaamadingdong.

I have to say, I'm quite impressed - its about time we had a nationally syndicated hockey talk show that isn't just Leaves garbage (looking at you, Bob McCown).

Plus its a nice break from the incessantly-mediocre local coverage.

Now we just need ROME back on 1040 and we'll have deleted 6 hours (or is it 8?) of terrible local media.

Canucks will try to spin Judd leaving as he got a promotion elsewhere but really it's Benning and Weisbrod driving him out and taking control back of amateur scouting.
Canucks could match any promotion he gets if they wanted to.

Is Pratt completely done now? TBQH I wouldn’t be adverse to seeing him back. The TEAM and the other station is filled with a bunch of neckbeards these days. Like WTF is up with this Andrew Wadden clown that yells in to the mike constantly?

I actually didn’t mind Pratt. I got the sense that a few of the power brokers on the inside like Jason Botchford didn’t like him.
