No...he's saying considering who is driving the tank embracing it is moot because it's going in a ditch anyway and little they have accomplished/managed would suggest otherwise.....
Which I think I addressed in the following post.
Ahh ok.

Correction: I think I posted in the last GDT that we tied the club record for consecutive losses; it seems we only reached second place.
The record is thirteen straight losses, so we need three more to tie, and four more to win.

Yeah....they have to go.
.....and yes dipshits, from the top down.
The question I have is this: Are the hirelings dipshits before they are hired, or do they become them after working under the dippest shit for a year?
Gillis: Former player agent with no previous NHL front office experience. Inherited a group of players on the cusp of stepping into their own, augmented them adequately, but at the end of it failed. Then when he saw the plan had run its course he wanted to re-tool. Told no. Fired. A bit of a dipshit.
Linden: Former player, no previous front office experience, tons of public experience, fan favourite alum, not an idiot. Passionate about the city and the team. Aqua needed good PR after 2012 and then Torts. When he wanted to walkout a rebuild he parted ways. He knew what needed to happen and refused to be a part of just plugging holes on a sinking ship. Not a dipshit.
Benning: Former scout, AGM in Boston for 8 years, but never had to be the guy saying no to the owner before. Sounds like he spoke the language Aqualini wanted to hear and with his history of scouting, was seen as an answer to Gillis' ineptitude at the draft. But never had the chutzpah to say no to and ultimately was axed for doing what the owners wanted. Total dipshit.
Rutherford: First hire by the Aquaman where there was a serious resume and experience. I think we were optimistic about that. Turns out he's senile.
Allvin: Talks without ever saying anything. AGM experience, and frankly he's still an assistant GM for all intents and purposes. Total dipshit.

Embracing the tank is nothing short of drinking the kool aid from this incompetent management group.
Maybe I’m misunderstanding here…..
If one feels a rebuild is necessary, which I believe all of us here do, does one not have to embrace the tank when the assets we have to sell off would not otherwise bring the same return?
As I asked a few days ago, who built the team that now needs a rebuild?
Which players on the team have current contracts that weren't signed by this group?
Telling fans to embrace the tank is Orwellian and it is sadly hilarious watching the dip shits fall for it instead of burning management at the stake.

While the laughable attempts at filling centre position are in and out of non contact jerseys, Quinn Hughes is entering MVP discussions and telling the media that with the players around him, he feels he can score every night.
Fans have been told to cast their eyes away from Vancouver and instead to glance at the AHL and CHL.
Dipshits
To me, this is like getting a boot on Mr Aquilini's neck, Topper.
I'm not going to remove it voluntarily because it makes me feel good.
It's losing for the sake of making the source of the problem eat a shit sandwich every day.

Yeah, I missed that one from a few days ago. Certainly the current roster cannot be hung on the previous regime.
Does anyone here actually want this group around for what comes next? I think we would all be on board with firing the entire front-office tomorrow.....maybe not Ryan Johnson.

It's completely idiotic, of course. Which is why it is the predictable move (or non-move) by this owner. He will fuck it up 100 percent of the time.
What does surprise me a little is that the local media is still taking these clowns seriously and is completely going along with this farce.

Those 15 fans in attendance need to boo the shit out of the team, throw jersey's on the ice along packs of Geritol, Metimusil, Doans Pills, Lawrence Welk records... Start hanging Ernie and Bert in effigy.
