Stelantis has temporarily closed an Ontario auto plant today for a two week shut down, 4,500 employees affected. They also announced 900 temp layoffs in the US and more to follow as the engine plant supplying the Canadian plant may also close.

Why not. He balanced the budget the last 5 years as Trudeau's financial advisor.

Lich and Barber are a mischievous lot but not councilors or conspirators.

How much did this political persecution cost us?

Was he using the same math that Trump is using to impose tariffs?

No worries. The US workers can get jobs assembling Nike shoes and clothing since it's now too expensive to import it from Vietnam.

Bringing manufacturing back to the US. Trump for the win!

No. He is using Liberal Math. The same math that allows Carney to both have saved Canada from recession in 2008, and for Canada to have had a recession in 2008. He is the Schrödinger's Cat of economics.

Would like to know how much both the illegal protest and the cost to prosecute the illegal protesters has cost taxpayers?..

And since he has been convicted of ignoring a court order, should they be liable for the costs?

Will be interesting if the class action lawsuit filed by the citizens of Ottawa succeeds and if the $3.4 million frozen by the Government is given to those impacted by the protests?

Over half of the donations received were from outside of Canada, none of that money should be returned and should be used to re imburse impacted businesses and their workers...

Of those who contributed financially to the protest, some were also accepting Government pandemic subsidies with one multi millon dollar donor accepting Government handouts for 4 of his companies...

No one should pay for the inept policing of the protest.

You are strong on the donor's.

Don't forget, the enactment of the Emergencies Any has been found to be illegal.

Just as C-69 had been found unconstitutional but Carney stands by it as staunchly as he stands by foreign actors among his candidates.
