Dreger on Insider Trading says the asking price for Ekman-Larsson is high, Arizona seems to be waiting on Boston, whose prospects they like more, but it doesn't seem OEL is a top priority for the Bruins, Canucks are still waiting in the wings.

EDIT: Dhaliwal also says Canucks are interested in bringing back Luke Schenn.

Sounds like Phoenix are really high on Demko and he'd be the key going that way.

Too bad with Tan-man, but Demelo and Dillon signed for under $4M each, can't really justify giving Tanev much more than that. I wouldn't mind getting Schenn back, he was pretty good with Huggy when Huggy first came over from college. If Stech is willing to come back on a team friendly contract, he'd be welcome back. I wouldn't blame him if he felt slighted and would want to sign elsewhere to prove ppl wrong though.

I'm fine with letting Marky, Toffoli and Tan-man walk, it sounds like there will be plenty of options in the market this year. As Blob used to say: JB should just dumpster dive and look for bargains.

I'm just hoping Mr Aquilini doesn't lube up himself for Zona.

Ultimately, we can huff and puff all we want, we don't control what will happen in the next 48 hours. Whatever happens we have no choice but to trust what Benning does will be ultimately good for the team.

We all just want our day of glory. Is that too much to ask for after 50 years of suffering?

They can trade Sutter at TDD for pick(s) or worst case he is off the books at the end of the season. They only have two years of Louie to worry about and he helps their cap situation. They get a number one goalie, top 4 Man and well, Jake.

Me too but then AZ is either retaining a decent amount of salary or taking a few bad contracts from the Canucks
