Try coming into the league in 2016' with Strome's skating abilities. He simply does not have the overall abilities that Marner does.
Marner at this point looks to be head and shoulders better than Strome buuut...15 games is a little early to declare him anything other than a promising rookie on a hot streak

Same with saying Laine is better than Matthews.

My, you've changed a lot in the last few hours!

Nice watching Weber beating the living fuck out of Nylander tonight, finish him off Shea!

Me saying Marner will be better than Strome is as safe as saying Toronto will finish higher in the standings than Vancouver.

This is rich.

This is the equivalent of thinking it's a given you're moving onto the next round heading into the third with a 4-1 lead in game 7.

Pretty cocksure of yourself when your leaves are a mere three points ahead of a team that so far has been laughably (leaf-ably?) bad, endured a nine game losing streak, picking up where they left off on the injury parade (although I'm not sure things would be too much different up to this point totally healthy), and whose only success came from smoke and mirrors, by your own admission. So what exactly does that say about your team? They don't seem so amazing in that light, do they? Yeah i know. Game in hand and blah blah blah. But right now its about fifty fifty they waste that game.
Like I've already said, if all things remain the same you would win the bet but how about we let the season play out first. Jeebus jive turkey, we are not even 20 games in yet. I realize that you love to jump all over any sliver of current/immediate success, telling anyone with ear/screenshot it will most certainly translate into years of future glory, stardom, and stanley cups...just as much as you like to disappear when reality crushes your junky beliefs and ridiculous predictions. Let's see what happens before declaring game, set, & match, shall we?

Ummmm.....Aaron, not to call you out or anything, but shouldn't that kind of lead be a given? :look:

Unfortunately, the draft is a bad one this year. Nucks are tanking in the wrong year.
