Certainly. And I believe it is. I think voter supression is a bigger problem, ie people who should be allowed to vote, but are denied that right through different obstacles. I mean, voting on a week day? WtF? Of course a lot of the working poor won't show up. Elections should be held on a Sunday. Or do as in eg Italy and make election days a public holiday.
