Well I answered my own question there... but I had to dig.
Most media outlets did not mention cause-of-death.
Seemed odd.

How many years has Dump got left? The guy is in terrible shape. He clocked in at 247 pounds recently. I like how he claimed to be 6 ft 3. Sure. Same height as Brendan Morrison and Stan Smyl. He was caught off guard without his platform runners a while ago and 6 ft 2 Elon and 6ft 2 and JD Vance were towering over Piggly Wiggly. I'm guessing he's about 5 ft 9 like Brown Lizzy. The guy is constantly covered in sweat and his filthy Moore's suits reveal a man with a piss poor diet and exercise regimen.
He is getting lit up like a Christmas tree on a daily basis by Hollywood and the talk show circuit to the point where he turns purple with rage. Fatty is going to have a stroke or a jammer soon.
