Good one tops

He's been a 60+ point player for 5 years (including this one), and 70+ for 3 years. Last season 92 points and this year on pace for 100+.Chef Boi RD wrote: ↑Mon Dec 30, 2019 11:13 am I guess we are now seeing why Huberdeau was drafted so high. Quietly putting together a great season. Took him awhile getting there
I guess he just seems to fall under the radar for a top player, probably the least talked about, IMOMëds wrote: ↑Mon Dec 30, 2019 2:04 pmHe's been a 60+ point player for 5 years (including this one), and 70+ for 3 years. Considering the team around him the first few seasons I don't think it took him long at all. Helluva player.
Can’t argue with that at all. I was very caught off guard by his 92 points last year. It’s as much the locals of the team he plays for as anything else.Chef Boi RD wrote: ↑Mon Dec 30, 2019 3:10 pmI guess he just seems to fall under the radar for a top player, probably the least talked about, IMOMëds wrote: ↑Mon Dec 30, 2019 2:04 pmHe's been a 60+ point player for 5 years (including this one), and 70+ for 3 years. I think so, he was a little scrawny thoighDoyle Hargraves wrote: ↑Mon Dec 30, 2019 7:40 pm Edmonton got a decent player in Nugent-Hopkins but jeez there’s some legit first liners that went after him in that draft. Scheifle, Huberdeau, Couturier, Landeskog. Not as bad as the Yakupov draft but yikes. That said wasn’t Nugent-Hopkins pretty much a consensus 1st overall?
Yeah he was tiny. As I said he’s a decent player but the first guys I listed are all substantially better and legit first lovers as well. RNH is a decent 2nd line centre, but you’d expect more from a 1st overall pick.... guess Yakupov was a fair bit shittier as a 1 overall.Richardstroker69 wrote: ↑Tue Dec 31, 2019 11:46 amI think so, he was a little scrawny thoighDoyle Hargraves wrote: ↑Mon Dec 30, 2019 7:40 pm Edmonton got a decent player in Nugent-Hopkins but jeez there’s some legit first liners that went after him in that draft. Nuge is a decent player like a Brenden Morrison type. Just drafted way too high, should’ve gone mid first round areaDoyle Hargraves wrote: ↑Tue Dec 31, 2019 11:51 amYeah he was tiny. So much for "free speech".Columbus Blue Jackets head coach John Tortorella has been fined $20,000 for comments he made after his team’s 3-2 shootout loss to the Chicago Blackhawks.
Additionally, Tortorella has been assessed a conditional fine of $25,000 “which will be collected in the event of similar inappropriate behaviour through Dec. 29, 2020,” according to a statement from the NHL.
Is there a coaches union? If there isn’t, it’s beginning to be about time they get one.Strangelove wrote: ↑Wed Jan 01, 2020 6:21 pmhttps://www.sportsnet.ca/hockey/nhl/blu ... -comments/

I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this "Additionally, Tortorella has been assessed a conditional fine of $25,000 “which will be collected in the event of similar inappropriate behaviour through Dec. 29, 2020,” according to a statement from the NHL." before.ukcanuck wrote: ↑Wed Jan 01, 2020 8:46 pmIs there a coaches union?
