Actually I find UW posts are pretty self explanatory and does not always require a response unless you are having a back and forth conversation with him.

I've just started assuming that peeps are cackling at my masterpieces even though I don't hear a peep from the peeps.

There's a lot of great, well thought out posts here on a number of topics, which to me, makes a fun and interesting board.
I read all of the longer posts, when time allows and enjoy the content and appreciate the time put into them. I don't always have a response, or the time for one.
Maybe a 'Like' button would help?
But for those who do write these posts, remember we're small, but dedicated group. Most of us appreciate it, and likely the long time lurkers do as well. (subtle hint to the lurkers).
