I do want to add to what Topper rhetorically (I believe) asks regarding when do people comply with officer's instructions.....

and rats "suggestion" of shutting the vehicle off and putting hands out the window.....

If there is blame to be assigned here, it does not solely rest on just the officer or the driver, it primarily rests on the justice system and the politicians who have permitted members of society to break laws with ever decreasing consequences for decades. I rests with a media (both reporters and Hollywood) who have painted law enforcement as the bad guy and excused (if not glorified) the criminal.

If laws were expected to be followed to the tune of A + B = C, then you would see less of this shit because Topper's question would not need to be asked, and rats suggestion would be followed. Moreover, were laws duly enforced, there would be no need for ICE at this time, and any attempt to justify them would be the height of insanity.

The woman had been doing this road block stunt all day as ICE moved through town.
The vehicle she waved through was not law enforcement.
She was repeated told to get out of the car.

At what point do you stop de-escalating the situation and start acting as the law enforcement you are?

How much repeated lawlessness do you tolerate before acting?

I'm sure shooting someone is the last form of "action" law enforcement should take, wouldn't you agree? Of course, I'm not in law enforcement - but wouldn't a properly trained entity have many prior steps to de-escalate prior? Blocking her in with vehicles? Spike Strips? Waiting until another moment/opportune time to arrest her, even at a later time/date?

If as you say, this person was doing this all day - shouldn't they have been better prepared?

ICE hiring/training lately has been called into question on numerous occasions. And this shows it.

Fair point, but shooting an unarmed person repeteadly in the head is normally not the best answer to any given situation.

A 37-yo Christian stay at home mom with three kids. Not known for activism.

Btw, I've watched the video at normal speed, and there does not look to be any danger for either agent.
Looking at the tilting of the front wheels, it does not look as she is trying to run over the agent that shoots her, but trying to get away from the scene, which she also almost does when he shoots her.
