Now, ask yourself, in whose interest would it be to spread propaganda that affects the popularity of US presidential candidates everywhere except within the USA? Please keep in mind that people who are not US citizens do get to vote in the US presidential election.

Does this even seem reasonable?

Consider instead the possibility that it is within the USA that people's perception of the candidates has been affected by propaganda. Given that is only US citizens that get to vote, wouldn't this seem like a far better idea for whoever is trying to influence the outcome of the election?

I'm just asking you to apply logics here to the situation at hand.
