Chef with the wall of TVs going in his basement and nothing but a hard wooden chair sitting in front of them

Season 2 of Landman is streaming now…

Bringing Sam Elliot on board as a regular was brilliant.

Yeah I’m liking the Sam Elliott addition. Could be a good season rounding up with Andy Garcia’s character playing a major role. You see where it’s going, and most likely not good

Chefs current watch list

Pluribus is a trip
Beast In Me was quite good
Down Cemetery Road (Slow Horses writer) not bad
All Her Fault is pretty good so far

Nero the Assassin on Netflix was a fun watch - filmed in Spain, France and Southern Italy. Crazy gory, but some interesting twists.

No.

Watching Landman, and I’m barely hanging on. Billy Bob is the only reason I keep tuning in. I don’t know what to think of it, one minute I like it the next I don’t. The wife, daughter and son and his girlfriend drive me nuts. The lawyer and her boyfriend are starting to irritate me, it’s a weird show, sappy soap opera meets I don’t know what the fuck it meets, a whole lot of cheese in the show and them I don’t mind it.

It totally is that exactly.

But it's Taylor Sheridan. He writes drama, various versions of it, but the stories are always about the various characters.

Billy Bob keeps it entertaining, and Sam Elliott and him are great together. Ali Larter is just icing on the cake.....the type you look at but don't really find it adds much to the overall flavour.

Yeah Mëds, for me Billy Bob and Elliot are saving the show right now, wish they had kept Hamm’s role alive but Andy Garcia has stepped in nicely, and i don’t mind Demi Moore either but the rest of the cast, geezus I pretty much tune out when it goes to them.

Wife and I started watching that one a few weeks ago. Haven't even finished the first season yet, but liked it so far.

Headstones front man Hugh Dillon is in that show I believe.

I also think he co-wrote or wrote some episodes.

He was in Yellowstone as well.

Apparently he is pals with Sheridan.
